Who pays for the service?

Each IT Provider who participates pays a fee to access the anonymized IT Assessment.   After review, 2 or more Providers will schedule a a follow-up meeting with you to share their customized IT Service proposal.  

What if I don't like any of the proposals?

You are not committed to accepting any of the proposals.   Typically, one of the proposals will be very close to what you need.  We facilitate discussions with the Provider to fine-tune the proposals and move toward a solution that satisfies all parties.

What if I already have an agreement with aN IT PRovider ?

We can review your existing agreement!   If you feel you are paying too much or not getting the services you expect, we can help facilitate a conversation with your current IT provider to help mitigate any issues.   An IT Provider doesn't want unhappy clients, so we can assist if you aren't happy with their service.  We can help resolve disputes between you and your IT Provider.

Why would an IT Provider pay for this service?

For IT Providers, we facilitate valuable connections with small businesses seeking their expertise. Our IT Assessments help IT Providers design service offerings that align with the specific needs of small businesses. As a neutral third party, we build stronger, more trusted relationships with the small business community than IT Providers can independently.
